BSNL — Broadband Plan has been changed without information Free UL Hours will be charged

I Have Using Phone[protected]A/C No. [protected]) BSNL Boradband since 5 to 6 Year befor and same Plan "Home 500 Combo Night UL" but the Plan was changed without information the Night Uses is chargeable. So the result is I got Lot of extra large amount bill. So Please disclose the extra bill of Night uses charges
