Despite of several complaints very few action has been taken by BSNL authorities, we are paying all the bills regularly. We are BSNL valued customer since past 22 years. Our telephone line was as old as our connection i.e 22 years. When we complain them they replied us in a way that this is not their problem yet adviced us to purchase this cable from outside, hence we purchased the cable and still our broadband is disconnected. We are not reachable to them, the do not attend our calls. When we visit their office the are on leave or are in meeting, hence I request you to step in this issue personally and take some valid action. Was this information helpful? |
