my phone no. is[protected] and i uses home -ul plan (rs 525) . I paid each month at right time, nor I did any negllegency to report about service of broadband speed . As the providing speed is not matches as mentioned during taking broadband, it goes 50Kb/s upto4Gb and 20Kb/s rest of the month. Now continuance of net connection is also suffering me.it takes minutes to connect and seconds to disconnect . please solve this abrupt speed and continuancy
