Dear Sir,
I am quite surprised to receive such a heavy bill on BSNL connection during the last 2 months. It was just not possible for me to have used during this period (FEB-APRIL) as there was an ongoing LINE ISSUES in the area. Many a times, I raised the complaint by visiting the BSNL Exchange Office in Porur, Chennai with my husband Mr.Clement who is a cardiac patient (Ref: Docket No:[protected] /[protected] /[protected]. Did meet Technical Officers and Chief Engineer in the departments more than 8 times and they promised us that as this has a major LINE ONGOING ISSUE, you will have very less invoice for the days to be taken into consideration.
I'm also not so well in health that I need to visit the concern departments so many times in order to fix the problem. Now, I cannot bare so much huge amount for not used connection. I have raised the same complaint prior in the month of March due to this poor and negligence service from BSNL.
In this connection, I kindly request you to do the needful and please arrange to make necessary amendments and oblige.
