sir I recharged amount of Rs 200 /- to my mobile no [protected](BSNL KERALA) on 26 jun 2015 it was not recharged to mobile and payment was deducted from my SBI bank account.bSNL TXN NO: TXL[protected] and TXL[protected] showing unsuccessful but money deducted from the account.
