[Resolved]  BSNL — BSNL - My plan was suddenly changed

I am a customer of bsnl wire line services since 5 years. I have subscribed broadband plan BBG FN HOME 500 COMBO monthly which gives 1.5 GB data in all time and night unlimited[protected] hours free. In July bill bsnl changed my plan BBG FN HOME 500 COMBO too BBG CNT COMBO 500 without intimation. They didn't notify me about this and charged for night hours.in July 2014 my usage charges was 296 rupees only and now in Aug 2014 its become 4804 rupees.that's not affordable for me. please take a look on these topics- 1. bsnl didn't give me information about night hours[protected] charges change. 2.. I was not informed about the plan change by bsnl in any form SMS or phone call. 3. i have been charged for night hours downloads, which in my previous plan were free Since 5 years. 4. This plan was suddenly changed in Aug to BBG-CNT-COMBO-500-ANNUAL without my knowledge I request you to please consider my complaint and waiver the night hours download for month of Aug 2014 and till 15 sep 2014 .
