I have been trying to discontinue my broadband service for almost 2 months. I have visited several branch offices given letters regarding this but no action is taken. I have called their customer numbers and either no one picks up or finally when I call their national office it finds that there is complaint but they refuse to take action.
If you call up their 1500 number they say they are helpless. I have already created complaint and that is maximum they can do. If no one takes any action I have to escalate.
First time they gave me two phone numbers 2244810 and 22448181 to call to escalate but no one picks up phone at these facility. Then I was given an email address [protected]@bsnl.co.in, but again the email just bounces off.
It is just bizarre - No one will register the complain because it is already in their register but no one knows why no action will be taken on this complaint. And if you try to escalate there give wrong numbers and email address.
