BSNL — BSNL Prepaid mobile number voice cracking issue while in full network coverage

Dear Sir / Madam, I am facing issue with incoming / outgoing voice cracking for my BSNL pre paid mobile number - [protected] from 21st April 2015. I was lodge a complaint through customer care, complaint ID - 1D[protected] but it was resolved without inform me and without actual problem solved. Even no one call from BSNL office to this number to check what is problem. I was sent several mail to Nodal and Appellate officer of Maharashtra circle, they are even not responding to this mail. I have tried contact via call but no help. you can see below mail chain. I am frustrated too much from BSNL service and this is my last try with BSNL for grievances.
