# Further to my online complaints of 30/05/14 and 31/05/14, I want to inform you that after filing my online complaint on 30/05/14,
I got a fraudulent call from Mobile No: [protected] at 8 pm, saying that caller is speaking from BSNL HO, about the refund of excess
amount of Rs: 1546.00 as mentioned in my earlier complaint of today the 31st May. I got suspicious, as I knew you will not refund but adjust against future bills.I disconnected the line, but I received another call from the same above number that as a special case BSNL will refund the above amount. He wanted my Axis Bank Debit card no: to arrange to transfer the above amount to my registered A/c No: 0110`[protected]. I gave him all the details caller asked for but he also wanted my confidential CVV no:, which I refused.Caller told me that in that case refund can not be affected.IT'S QUITE APPARENT THAT THIS WAS A FRAUDULENT CALL.I wonder how did the caller got access to my online complaint which I had filed with you online on 30/05/14. PLEASE INVESTIGATE AND IF SATISFIED PLEASE FILE A CRIMINAL CASE AGAINST THE ABOVE MOBILE NO: [protected]. If you need any help from me please feel free to contact me on: Tel.No:[protected]/[protected]/[protected].
# Thanking you and hoping to hear from you soon
