[Resolved]  BSNL — Can't make outgoing calls.

sir, I'm from Chennai and im using bsnl prepaid sim. One month before I'd lost my phone. Then I'd applied for a new sim. Today put the new sim on a phone. When I make an outgoing call, it says check operator service. I could receive incoming call and messages. But I can't make outgoing calls. I'd checked for Balance and validity and it's ok. What should I do now? Note: I can't talk to customer care number. It's not responding and it's just a loop of computer voice
