I am cellone customer of south zone for more than 10 years. I have opted for 3G facility and hither to working properly. I changed my mobile instrument from Samsung to Xperia M series 15 days back. From that time time, the 3g is not working or enabled. I am a consulting engineer and has lot of contacts. As I could not send any mail or brouse the internet, I am put into lot of problems and adverse comments from office cirlcles. Shall I request you to set right the problem. Shall I expect a favourable solution immediately
