BSNL Cellone — [protected]- SIM Getting blocked frequently

Suddenly the SIM gets blocked and I am unable to use the Mobile. This has happened twice inlast 2 months.I replaced the SIM 2 months back on Chargeable basis .and paid for the same.New SIMhas failed from today..I hadbeen put tohardship because if BSNL's inferior technology Dexter [protected]
