sir/madam now days bsnl 1503 not connecting proper to mh circle.before 1503 i.e customer care tell ivrs all plans of cellone as well as excel plan also.but now days its delited.so request to you if it service come as before its will easy to find new plans to customer..your customer care offices not given proper response. bsnl customer care service is very very bad customer care connection is not is proper in some time person to take phone but give no speech and response he speech in thirataning moode
