[Resolved] BSNL Cellone — Cross Connection / Call Drop / Network problems | |||
My Post Paid Cell Phone No is [protected]. I am based in Panaji, Goa. We are facing following problems for last 12 /18 months 1. Cross Connection : While dialing new nos, while talking to other person.etc. 2. Call Drop : call gets automatically disconnected while talking. 3. Network jam problem Any time during day no specific time 4. Wrong pre recorded voice messages when you dial some new nos 5. Wrong sms / messages as your account balance is Rs. --- when it is post paid connection We are paying full charges as per scheme. We are paying full charges for all our calls / sms. In such case we except full uninterrupted service from BSNL other wise BSNL is charging for services which they are providing as per their veems We are facing this problems for many years but now it is beyond our limit and we are thinking of no portability if the problems are not solved within 2 weeks.. we have also made complain to all BSNL authorities but unable to get any reply.
