BSNL Cellone — Deposit & Excess paid amount not Refunded by BSNL - Secunderabad

Dear Sir/Madam, My name lokesh, i was used Post paid BSNL No.[protected] earlier. now its converted in to IDEA. in port conversation time i have paid excess paid to bsnl. Till date that deposit amount & excess paid amount not yet received. 2 months back they have sent one cheque to my old hyderabad address.but iam not in hyderabad, i was shifted to vizag address. last month june i was raised complaint with request letter along with my new vizag address. kindly look in this matter & close ASAP.
