[Resolved]  BSNL Cellone - Hungama Service — Charged for BSNL Hungama service without even using it

I have been promised by BSNL customer care May 2014 that Hungama game/movie/music service is by default enabled at free of cost. If I am not using it, it will get removed automatically. But now I am getting charged for from May 2014 onwards without even using it. Though I have raised complains in BSNL customer care portal no one has responded.
