Your kind attention is invited to the following problem faced by me, which has not been solved as yet inspite of several messages sent: -
1. That my cell phone no. Is - [protected]
2. That for the last about six months, charges for each call received (Whether received or not) are deducted from my pre - paid balance for the alleged 2g usage, which i do not have. .
3. That in case 2g has been activated inadvertedly, then please cancel the same and restore my earliar plan.
