BSNL Cellone — Poor Service

I was having enough balance in my mobile and was still not able to make calls/send messages/get connected to the internet. This has been happening to me and my friends for over the last couple of weeks During the strike day in Kerala I was put to enormous diffciculty due to this issue. I am wooried what worse thing could happen if I face such a situation when I am alone in the night or so. As a girl, this is an alarming matter.
