Respected sir/ madam,
Myself a BSNL customer ([protected]) tried an online recharge on 1st sept 2014 at 15:17:46 for Rs.200 through BSNL portal site via Debit card purchase. The site generated its transaction id asTXL[protected]. The amount gets debited from my a/c but recharging ended up failure. The site showing "Refund initiated" but still the amount is not credited.As per their notification in their website the amount should have refunded within 7-10 days. I have registered the complaint twice or thrice in the portal site. But there is no response from India, s largest telecommunication company.. So please do something in favor to me...BSNL is gonna became the worst ever network in the nation...Contact no:[protected] Was this information helpful? |
