BSNL Cellone — very poor customer care service support.. | |||
I am using BSNL prepaid for around 5 years. Nowadays customer care service (1503) is very poor in responding to our calls. when ever we call we have to wait for at least 20 minutes. How is it possible.. W e may call in need of an important thing to ask from the respective customer care executive. but their poor response make me feel very embarassing. What is the use of customer care number given to us in this situation.. Another problem is regarding the statement of calls for our number.. All the other cell phone companies are giving our call details (of course they are giving the details of the outgoing calls and sms sent by us) by post or through e-mail (and they charge Rs.50 for it) when I ask for it in BSNL customer care their answer is a very big "NO. CONTACT YOUR AREA BSNL OFFICE". When I go there asking for it no proper answer is given. Does BSNL have such options to get our outgoing call details.. If so, kindly inform us..
