My telephone number is[protected], i had been on the broadband plan of 500 combo offer which had free unlimited Internet during 02:00 hrs to 08:00 hrs but BSNL had stopped our 500 combo offer by june 2014 without informing us and gave us a huge bill for the month of july 2014 for which we already had a yearly payment done on 19th July 2014.
BSNL is supposed to alert us about the change in plan or if they are stopping the plan.They havent done any such thing.
