I would like to inform you that I was a BSNL customer from May 2010 to January 2015. At the time of connection, I paid a security deposit of Rs.1400/-.
I moved to Chitlapakkam where BSNL couldn't provide service so I applied for disconnection of my services and applied for the refund of my security deposit.
It has been more than the stipulated time, I am yet to receive a response from the idle officials.
I have registered complaints in the Public Grievance portal, sent so many emails and copied the Telecom Cabinet minister as well, nothing has been responded so far.
Not sure whether BSNL is still exist in the telecom marketing. If the department continue to have these inefficient and idle employees, I am sure that one fine day BSNL will wind-up their business and go bankrupt.
I plead the respected consumer forum to step in in this regard and provide a resolution.
