I would like to draw your kind attention to above mentioned subject. I have made number of complaints to Online Complaint Booking, Telephone exchange and once to their Grievance Cell as well, but no one take our complaints seriously. Below mentioned problem we are facing since 2013 (Every month).
1. While complaining through Customer Care Executive our calls never get connected to customer care executive. It is a huge problem for last 6 months that no-one can speak to Customer Care Executives because call does not connect to them. I am telling this status because I have spoken to number of BSNL consumers around. We cannot speak to anyone of the BSNL official for our problems.
2. Every month before/after raising the monthly bill and before due date internet / landline connection gets disconnect. Only automatic complaints can be registered for which we only get the complaint ID and 48 Hours rectification status.
3. They don’t even send any hard copy or alerts for the bills. Our monthly bill status, we have to check of our own in our BSNL account.
Kindly look into the matter and do the needful as we have been mentally harassing by BSNL due to their irrespective services. Was this information helpful? |
