BSNL — Customer Care Not responding for overcharged bills | |||
Hello, This is my complaint regarding BSNL broadband. My LL no is[protected]. I was told that I have got loyalty points which I can be used as for calling. I have 800LL+BB plan which doesn't include calling out but still I thought of getting free calls I called on LL numbers and it was charged me around 100rs for a month. I tried to call 1500 for bills but that numbers sux to the core as till 2 hours nobody has lifted my call neither I got any call back. BSNL has not provided me proper paper billing which I have not received since past three months. I just get SMSes thats it. I dont have numbers to call for grievance. WHy the heck BSNL has provided toll free nos 1500 which they never pick up the call for customer care after pressing 9 and waiting till for long hours. I want this issue to look after and should be forwarded to supervisors. I tried to register on portal still its more than 1 year my application is showing pending...lols sux bsnl Was this information helpful? | |||
