BSNL Customer Care — Unfreeze my account

Its been since 1 month am facing this problem and no 1 is taking this matter seriously if you are having problem regarding my operation of account kindly make dd and close my account its request to you pls llok into this matter as it has been too long time and have visited branch more than 20 times regarding this but stiill there is no solution for my freeze account
