BSNL — erroneous charging for services which were not even availed

I am Prasenjit Das, a Central Government Employee, residing at 74 B.P.M.B Sarani, Bhadrakali Hooghly, PIN-712232, West Bengal. I am a BSNL Mobile service subscriber, on 25.07.14 and 30.07.14 Rs.5/- each day, was charged from my mobile talktime balance for some Service named Lifestyle, a service which I never activated or availed. to seek refund of the amount I called the Customer Care Helpline for BSNL at [protected] uncountable times and every time it went unanswered, I wasted my time in calling this helpline. all I need is the refund of the amount of Rs.10/- and for this, I am registering a Complaint.
