BSNL Bhubaneswar Landline phone was dead from 11.12.2013 to 24.12.2013. So on 26.12.13 I submitted the application to JTO, Baramunda, Bhubaneswar for waiver of rental in next billing. He verified, then signed and sent to SDO, Baramunda. He also signed and told me to go to Head office, which is far from Baramunda. I refused to go and told him that the application must go thru department. I dont know, what happened, but I received the present bill without any waiver. I again went to inquire to SDO, but could not find him. I telephoned him and SDO, JTO both are searching my application. To save Rs 82/-, I have spent Rs 100/- in fuel and valuable time.
