[Resolved] BSNL — Excess billing of mobile no [protected]

I'm paying my bill regularly even though message is sending to my mobile that there is a outstanding amount to pay and accordingly bill is send to my bank for payment. I always find the bill sending to me is doubtful and excess than my use. During last month several messages for outstanding amount has sent to me and the outstanding amount is vary from one message to other. I enquire about my outstanding amount. But it is informed that there is no outstanding bill to pay against my mobile no. Surprisingly this time also the bill is inclusive of the outstanding amount which may please be clarified in details of my usage.
