Our telephone Nos.[protected] and[protected] are still not working properly. Our earlier Wimax numbers were disconnected without any prior information and we were given broadband numbers. Even after two months of new connections, we have not received single proper working day and internet connectivity is nil. Despite several requests and literal pleas nobody in BSNL give a heed to our requests. Probably an organisation with worst customer care and typically rude and incompetent officers are the reason for that.
