[Resolved] BSNL Hungama — charging money for wrong activated hungama service | |||
my landline no is[protected] my landline no was activated with hungama tv services on 9th may 2014. i requested the customer care service people to deactivate this service as soon as possible. they deactivated this service on 14th april 2014 i was also charged with an amount of rs198 for this service which i did not even used for the month of april. now again i have been charged of rs 198 for the same. i request you to look into this matter and refund my money charges. also i want you to deactivte my landline no from all the additional service. the customer care people are not at all helping me with this matter. it has been a very horrible experience for me as i have been running from 1 bsnl office to another. i request you to look into this matter as soon as possible otherwise i have to take legal action against bsnl hungama. i have attached my 2 months(april and may) bill as proof.
