BSNL — internet not working since 1 week

this is to tell that i am shubhangi pandey from varanasi up . internet is not working on my phone since 6 days properly, sometimes for a minute or so it works and then stops. kindly resolve this problem as soom as possible, i am facing quite a lot problems in my work. i have net pack filled in my phone and suitable bslance is also present then also its a great problem since so many days.
