[Resolved] BSNL — Irresponsible customer care service | |||
Hi I'm Nijanthan from Kumbakonam, I'm using BSNL prepaid service since 2years and we have been using BSNL prepaid connection since 2006 in our home so I'm well about the customer care service provided by BSNL. Since it is Government enterprise, call center executives are more irresponsible to the customers, they never ready to reply to the customers who call 1503 regarding complaints/doubts. Whenever I call them, I get vexed, yesterday(29/5/14) I called 1503 regarding ISD activation, but they were not even ready to hear for what I was calling, they suddenly replied that they had server problem so call us tomorrow. I don't know where to tell this. Please government officials take it as serious, I think most of the country people are using BSNL, so please take some actions. Was this information helpful? | |||
