My daughter lost her Mobile with BSNL Kerala No [protected] in front of D2 building on 11/01/2014 afternoon at IIST, Valiamala, Trivandrum, Kerala. I requested BSNL customer care to block the SIM, but they are asking for FIR and last call made from the No. It is frustrating for a student to lodge FIR at Police Station by her alone where there a lot of complain towards police against girls and also to recall the last calls...
