Hi, This is Srivas and my landline number is[protected] from Neyyoor Exchange. For the past 3 days in my home - phone connection is dead, because of that, I couldn't connect internet as well. I'm paying monthly rental without using it effectively. I registered complaint so many times but they couldn't resolve the issue fully. Why are these government sectors are not aware of customer satisfaction? Is there any committee to monitor the issues/complaints which is been raised by consumers?
