BSNL — Land line bill payment. | |
Dear Sir,
On 27.08.2015 I made online bill payment for my land line phone for Rs.1187/- through my HDFC Credit card. My transaction was failed with error "Reasons: sorry!We are unable to process your transaction.Please contact us at [protected]@billdesk.com for any queries". I tried second time and the same error occurred again. But the today is the last date for payment. So what should I do now? please reply me at my e-mail mentioned below.
