My land-line number [protected] is not working from last 17 days and i have complaint so many time in local exchange KANINA, but there is no response and no action from BSNL side.
I am totally upset with BSNL services. I want to know where to complaint for this.
The frequency of this problem is on higher end. As we are facing such problem again in again. After resolving the problem the phone works for 5-10 days and then again we it will no t work.
Please look into this matter.
