BSNL Land line — Phone dead

My name is P N Dhar, 85 years old. residing in 46/20 Indranagar, Lucknow. My telephone number is[protected]. . For the lat 10 days the phone is dead. There is no way to complaint as the online complaint system does not work. The toll free number is a fraud as it does not register complaint. I have submitted a written complaint to the office but to no avail. It is a disgrace. I think BSNL should be privatised as they are a group of crooks eating the tax payers money. I am fed up.
