BSNL — Landline and Broadband issues

I amusing BSNL landline and broadband and the network is really worst. I often face the line problem in my area because of which the broadband also does not work. I have reaised a number of complaints and there is no proper resolution till date. The worst customer service I have ever seen. The complaints are booked just for the name sake and there is no proper action taken place. The complaints are closed without rectification.
