BSNL — Landline & broadband down since 26th may 2016

Land Line and BB[protected] both are completely out of order since 26th may 2016
Description:

This is to bring to your notice

After doing complain one after one it is getting closed without getting resolved.

We have done 2 complain below are the details vide ref no
[protected] Dtd 26th May 2016
[protected] Dtd 31th May2016

But still the problem persists.

Just let me know how long we need to wait to get the problem resolved.
