BSNL Landline — Bsnl Landline Depsoited Refund delayed

Sir, I have disconnected my No.[protected] in Feb 2014 and my deposit cheque was refunded to concern office of Kolhapur but they doesn't informed me on my alternate number which was given to them nor on mail also. After visiting BSNL office to Tarabai park and Near Pudhari office, they informed in January that it will be return to their office and it will be sent to back within 3 months and they will inform me on my cell no. - [protected] which application I have given to them. But yet I have not received my Cheque and nor their office knows when my cheuqe will be issued. Requesting you to look into matter and refund my deposit amount at earliest.
