BSNL Landline — Connection

Dear Sir, Am D. Arun kumar and i was trying to apply BSNL Landline and Broadband connection in Kumbakonam for past 2 months & my friend also applied since one year back he is also residing in same block he is also trying to contact though phone and by approaching Exchange office, but no response from officials in kumbakonam circle, if we try to contact through phone they are keep on giving some others number to contact. I don't know what is the exact problem and also i want a proper reason why they are very lazy. And i had plan to raise complaint and trying to know the information under information request board about the kumbakonam BSNL Exchange office. Specifically about linemen and other officers(names will not be mentioned here) i didn't expect the central government office (BSNL) kumbakonam exchange become very worst.
