BSNL — Line disconnection

Dear Sir, My BSNL land line number[protected] is not working for the past 2 years. Apart from this my broadband connection is also not working for more than 4 months now. Despite of regular complaints there has not been any repairs done by them and I have been receiving bills with late fees.
