BSNL Mobile — No sim card inserted/emergency calls only

My Number is [protected].In most of the time I will be at udupi.Since service at udupi /HERGA is very poor I have ported my number to BSNL.Now the problem is different.In Bangalore I try call any body I am not able to get the number.I am receiving the message-sim card not inserted.
