BSNL — More bill came than used

My last month invoice was Rs.81, I paid Rs.100, Rs.19 more. I received Rs.466 invoice for the the month of Sept 2014. Now I want full details of my last month invoice. If I used then I am ready to pay if not then bill amount should be reduced. The bill details should be sent on my mail is as under- [protected]@gmail.com. Kindly do the needful in this regard. Thanks
