Sir, after my complaint, the bsnl visit and solve the problem, in modem all lights on, when i connect the my connection, it is not open and continuously above mentioned error 691 followed the three lines show and i am unable to connect my broad band connection, please solve my problem. my broad band connection no[protected] and my mobile no is [protected]
