BSNL — no action taken after no of complaints lodged

i have BSNL landline no[protected] the cable wire is broken and it is not repaired inspite of no of attempts made by us. the phone is working only because we have made it in a temporary position to receive and dial calls, but that too with difficult situations. we request that the wiring be fixed and proper cabling work is done and the temporary nature of working is removed as soon as possible. we are facing many problems. thanks MUKESH GARG FLAT 61, 2ND FLOOR 209, A.J.C.
