BSNL — No outgoing calls to isd

Sir/Madam,

I am unable to make ISD calls. Customer care not taking interest and helping me out in helping out in this matter even after talking to then 7-8 times. I am not able to send message as it is coming as message sending failed. I request you to activate ISD calls from your end on my number at the earliest. It is very urgent and important.
