[Resolved]  BSNL — no proper landline & internet connection past several months

My phone number is[protected]namchi south sikkim) and i am having a unstable internet n land line connection since past several months .Have complaint many times but no necessary actions has been taken so far i feel all the staffs have laid back attitude towards their work . It seems no one is worried about customers problem.Even when i went to the bsnl office they say that its some cable fault and they dont have new cables for repairs.
