There is no response till now (Friday 28-Nov-2014 10.40 AM) to the below emails sent to [protected]@bsnl.co.in & [protected]@bsnl.co.in on 26-Nov-2014. I have got the SIM card on 25th, but is not activated untill now. All my business is depending on this mobile number. Do BSNL has a service level agreement to it's customers?

I have visited your Palarivattam office, Ernakulam yesterday (Tuesday, 25-Nov-2014), in the morning, to replace a faulty SIM card used by my wife with the above referenced mobile number. Though they said the activation will be done yesterday, this has not been done until now, despite repeated calls.
When we visited your office, the staff was footballing us, seems people do not have any clue who is doing what. Front office staff pushed us to the back office, back and forth…..
