[Resolved]  BSNL — No service but billed for last three months

My no. is[protected], Account Number: [protected], am using this for past so many years but unfortunately the broadband is not worked for so many months but still i've paid the bills on time, but due to some error in connection or wire i lost 4 modems yet now, i've replaced it without the awareness that i thought it was of my fault brought a bad modem but absolutely not it's BB wire problem.even so many days the BB is not worked continously and i've lodged so many complaints, but they doesnt understood whats going on in, and one day i asked them to change the wire they did and worked for somoe days and again gone, now they billed for three months of Rs 3086 even i'vent used for last two months but they billed, please consider this and cancel the BB connection and the amount which they raised ASAP
